If you have big groups, we can split them in 2 or 3 and cross activities. While some are visiting the town by foot or e-bike, some are baking and then we swap. Just be in touch so we can arrange in the best way possible.
On the other hand, you can privatize a class if you contact us enough in advance.
The Antibes Croissants Making Course is lasting approximatively 2.5-3 hours. Animals are not allowed.
Prices for the class starts from 70€. Privates can vary depending on requirements, days and times.

ANTIBES croissants Making course Program
Creating your own croissant makes your vacations on the French Riviera much more fun and memorable. It’s another perfect way to get involved into France’s culinary history.
It’s time for you to become a real croissant baker and make your own during our Antibes Croissant Making Course. Leaded by our own Baker Chef Severine, you’ll get to discover Antibes through another of sense. In other words, we will be teaching you the French (and the real and best) way of making croissants.
You will, of course, leave us with your own croissants and “pains au chocolat”. They are just so big and juicy! Yum! As well as, our best Croissant and Pain au Chocolat recipe.
In conclusion, you will enjoy a fun and relaxed atmosphere during this unforgettable foodie experience!
We are providing you with all the necessary equipments from the mixing robots to the oven, etc… and all the tools to bake. Mind yourself, we’ll get the rolling pin out… Ahah.
You will also be given a real cooking apron to protect your clothes and feel like a proper chef!
Naturally, all the ingredients are also included.
Everybody is welcome to join the course and bake its very own “viennoiseries”.
Of course, if you are gluten, milk or nuts intolerant, that might not be ideal to eat them afterwards but I’m sure your friends or family won’t mind having a few spare ones for their next breakfast!

The Chef : Severine Holm
After 15 years in aviation and 3 world tours by boat, Séverine decided to change her life.
She moved to Paris and decided to follow training and internships in bakeries to offer pastry workshops in Antibes.
6 years ago, she finally launched her workshop. She teaches visitors how to make pancakes, macaroons, breads, croissants and brioches! She loves to share her passion for those delicacies and meet new people from all around the world!
She’s a fantastic host and her son Niels is also very friendly and helping with it all quite often. This workshop is full of joy and good vibes. She guides you through the whole process, gives you all the tips needed and is always here to help just in case you can’t roll these layers nicely!
You’ll certainly enjoy their rooftop terrasse during the experience which has an incredible panoramic view of the all coast. One of this must-do when coming to France, right!
