Can I Cancel a Booking?
You can cancel your booking 72h prior to the tour and get a full price refund. A cancellation between 24h and 72h will expose you to a 70% only refund. A cancellation within 24h will not be refunded.
Can I Book on the Phone?
You can book on the phone as well. Bare in mind, we generally charge upfront for paying tours as there’s cost involved and partners to care about so we want to make sure booking are secured.
